Historical large working farm "Borgo Cerbaiola", surrounded by meadows. 18 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Montecastelli, 13 km from the centre of Pomarance, 45 km from the centre of Volterra, on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the river, in the countryside. For shared use: property 400 ha, garden (not fenced), natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (18 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Towel change (suppl. charge extra). 4 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 4 km.
