The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), an air conditioner, a patio, a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of Castellina Marittima, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach. For shared use: property, swimming pool (above ground) round (5 m diameter, depth 125 - 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 700 m, sandy beach "Vada" 17 km, thermal baths "Casciana Terme" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Pisa 50 km, Lucca 70 km, Firenze 120 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Bellavista in Castellina Marittima you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
