Private: property 500 m2, lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. 30 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 45 km. There is a lake/open water less than 45 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Ulivo (ORT150) in Castelfranco di Sotto you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
