Private: property 2 ha, large, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 145 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 23.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine, heating available only from 15.04. to 31.10.. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
