The holiday home for 16 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, five double beds and two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool, a patio, a garden and an air conditioner and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, seven washbasins, seven bidets and seven showers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two dishwashers, two coffee makers (espresso machine), a stovetop and two ovens.

Private parking is available inside the property, while the well-kept garden is furnished with outdoor furniture and has a barbecue area for outdoor conviviality. The panoramic swimming pool, measuring 12x6 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, is accessible from April 12 to October 11 and is an ideal place to cool off and enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.

The rooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days. There are two washing machines available to guests and, upon request, the owner is available to cook typical local dishes. In addition, guests can directly purchase the Montecucco wine produced on site and book guided tastings with visits to the cellar.

Restaurants, supermarkets and other essential services are located approximately 2.5 kilometres away in the villages of Montenero and Sant'Angelo Scalo, while the renowned spa town of Bagno Vignoni is just 35 kilometres away. The sea is also within easy reach, with the Grosseto coast just 40 kilometres away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
