A romantic place with lots of fresh air and peace to relax. Country house 300 m a.s.l.. 3 houses in the residence. 7 apartments in the residence. 10 km from the centre of Donoratico, in a quiet position on a slope, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, pond, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Table tennis, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: reception, lounge, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
