It is a lovely former barn completely restored and located in a peaceful panoramic position in the green hills around Siena. With comfortable Tuscan furnishings, this home also boasts of a swimming pool, private terrace, furnished large garden with barbecue and parking facility.
Both restaurants and a bakery will greet you only 2 km away from the home. To purchase general supplies, you will need to visit the town centre 10 km away. Hop into your car and plan day trips to numerous lovely cities like San Gimigano (29 km), Siena (31 km) and Volterra (33 km). Firenze would be over an hour’s drive for you.
There is a washing machine (shared) for your convenience. Baby bed and bicycles to rent on site on request. Car is a necessity, so do rent/bring one.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
