Above Lacona 2 km from the centre of Lacona, 11 km from the centre of Capoliveri, 10 km from the centre of Portoferraio, 1.2 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
