General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a balcony, a patio and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, orchard, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 06.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: table football. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Parking at the house. There is a lake/open water less than 9,6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near La Casa al Monte 3 in Camaiore you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
