Panoramic view of the sea, the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

The house is ideal to relax, guests can enjoy the outdoor area. Small, cosy, rustic terraced house "Il Metatino", 275 m a.s.l.. 2 km from the centre of Camaiore, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. In the house: internet access, WiFi. Steep, narrow motor access. Parking at 30 m. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1.2 km, railway station "Viareggio" 15 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 8 km, Viareggio 15 km, Forte dei Marmi 20 km, Lucca 29 km, Pisa 43 km, Firenze 123 km. There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Il Metatino in Camaiore you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
