Large, cosy, rustic house "Il Girasole", semi-detached. 10 km from the centre of Viareggio, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Camaiore, 15 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, in the district Frati, 6 km from the sea, located by a road. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 60 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Heating available only from 08.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises, public parking 50 m. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, pedestrian zone 1.2 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Viareggio" 10 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 6 km. There is a lake/open water less than 6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Il Girasole in Camaiore you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
