Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open large double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony, box-room. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use.

Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). 3 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 5 km, sandy beach "Follonics" 94 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 23 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
