The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

Country estate producing pure olive oil and DOCG Chianti wine. It is possible to take part in the grape harvest at the end of September and the olive harvest in November. The enclosed grounds of vines and olive groves are 8 ha in size, situated in typical Tuscan countryside. In the centre of the Florence/Siena/Arezzo triangle, in the best starting location for cultural trips which, on request, can be organized by the owner along with transport and excursions (extra). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
