Private: garden 400 m2 (fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Pontedera" 7 km, sandy beach "Marina di Pisa" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 22 km, Pisa 23 km, Monte Serra 25 km. Please note: baby equipment (included).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
