Cosy, comfortable house "Nide", 850 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1965, renovated in 2016. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montefegatesi, in a quiet position. Private: natural garden 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Vecchiano" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 35 km, Pisa 55 km, Canyon Park 13 km. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
