The holiday home for 16 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and seven double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a hairdryer, six showers, seven washbasins and eight toilets.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and satellite TV, a magnificent dining room for up to 16 people, and a modern kitchen with a central island. It also has a double bedroom with a private bathroom, another bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area.

The first floor, accessible via internal and external staircases, has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus a double and a triple bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a shower. The Torre colombaia offers a romantic double bedroom with a private bathroom, while a triple bedroom with a bathroom is located in a charming stone annex.

Garden and Pool:
The expansive garden features a BBQ area with an oven and grills, a gazebo for al fresco dining, and a pool with a solarium and sunbeds accessible via a lovely staircase or grassy ramp. An outer loggia provides shaded seating and a fully equipped kitchen area with a fridge, sofas, TV, bathroom, and dressing room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
