General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a bicycle parking and a garden and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

The modern communal outdoor pool of the family hotel, 200 m away, is at your disposal at all times. You can also use the hotel's sauna and hot tub (for a fee). It runs from the Brenner for almost 100 km via Sterzing, Brixen, Franzensfeste and Klausen to Bozen and almost 100% on separate cycle paths from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Moreover, the Dolomites are without a doubt THE mountain and hiking mecca of South Tyrol. Countless tours - from relaxed hut tours to challenging climbing - await you. Corresponding hiking maps are available on site at the tourist office. In the historic episcopal city of Bressanone with its very famous old town (7 km) you will find very good shopping opportunities. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
