General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a central heating. In addition there is a balcony and a terrace.

The holiday apartment is located in the historic town of Arco, close to attractions such as Arco Castle and Arboretum of Arco. Nearby amenities include restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There is also public parking within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.

The modern apartment features a spacious open plan living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable, with amenities such as bedside reading lights and wardrobes. The bathroom is brand new and has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The apartment also has a huge terrace with views of the castle.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are rock climbing halls, historic sites such as the Monastery of Santa Maria and palaces such as Palazzo Marchetti, all within walking distance. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking, biking and mountain climbing around Torbole-Nago, and beaches such as Spiaggia Sabbioni and Spiaggia Pini are a short drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
