In the resort Pozza di Fassa, 41 km from the centre of Bolzano/Bozen, 83 km from the centre of Trento, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Ski lift 200 m, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Pista Aloch 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pozza di Fassa/Buffaure (Sella Ronda) 500 m, Pera di Fassa/Vajolet (Catinaccio) 1.7 km, Moena/Alpe Lusia 10 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
