Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seiser ALm / ALpi di Siusi, Saslong. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
