Just a 5-minute drive from the lovely town of Riva del Garda, the apartment is a perfect combination of a peaceful alpine setting but close to the action.

The town has everything visitors need for a relaxing and fun holiday; charming cobblestone streets and vibrant piazzas. Travellers can immerse themselves in the local culture, visit historic landmarks such as the Apponale Tower, and browse through quaint boutiques and artisanal shops.

The open-plan living/dining area is flooded with light, thanks to a full wall of windows with a spectacular view. A glass door leads out onto a private balcony with sun loungers where guests can relax and soak up the surroundings. Indoors there is a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV and an antique writing desk. A dining table for 4 is at the other end of the room, so guests can dine and enjoy the mountains and the lake. Next to the dining area guests will find a separate, well-equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a toaster.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is decorated with some beautiful antique furniture and has a double bed, a large wardrobe and large windows with look out over the valley to the mountains beyond.
Bedroom 2: A bright second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, and a wardrobe and includes an exercise bike.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

The spacious bathroom features a full bath, basin, WC and bidet.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
