Shop 300 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bakery 300 m, bicycle rental, pub garden 500 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 400 m, grass beach "Lago di Santa Giustina" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Canyon Novella, Sanzeno: Museo Retico, San Romedio, Castel Thun. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Molveno, Lago di Tovel (Dolomiti di Brenta). Hiking paths: Passo Mendola. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

You can also relax, because near Vento Alpino in Predaia you can go to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
