Private: garden 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (100 m2), barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, public parking 100 m on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 300 m. Nearby attractions: Marilleva 900/ Marilleva 1400 4.5 km, Passo del Tonale 17 km, Madonna di Campiglio 25 km, Rafting/Canoe/Outdoor Center-Val di Sole 1.5 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
