The villa is set on the hillside overlooking the magnificent Baroque town of Scicli in southern Sicily. It is just 10 minutes from the coast and close to beautiful beaches and historical sites. Catania’s International Airport is a 1 hour 35 minute drive from the villa.
The villa is made up of 3 apartments and a separate cottage, with a total capacity of 12 people. The decor is a stylish mix of antique and contemporary pieces in soft neutral shades. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchens are equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
The well-maintained garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, shaded terraces, and balconies for outdoor dining or relaxation. Scicli offers excellent restaurants and cafes, with a weekly market on Tuesday mornings in Via Saffi. Donnalucata, a medieval fishing village known for its sandy beaches and fresh local fish, is also nearby.
