The detached holiday home built in 1994, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and Hollywood swing. The holiday village is a partner of Alpitour, Lookéa Club, OTA Viaggi and Orange Club and normally operates from April to September. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
