The holiday home built in 1994, was renovated in 2019 and is furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities and Hollywood swing. Location Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 30 sqm open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday village is a partner of Alpitour, Lookéa Club, OTA Viaggi and Orange Club and normally operates from April to September. Those on holiday in our private holiday homes can enjoy all the services that only an international tourist resort can offer (access to the private beach equipped with a bar, umbrellas and sunbeds, shuttle service to the private beach, access to the Olympic-sized swimming pool, equipped with a bar, parasols and sunbeds, access and use of a small gym, access and use of the mini club, daytime entertainment on the beach and by the pool and evening shows in the amphitheatre with music and group dances), all depending on the season and the organisation of the holiday village. We therefore recommend that you find out which activities are available in the period you are interested in before booking. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
