The house is located in Sicily, in a region rich in history and close to several nice places to visit. Admire Mirto, with its famous Museum of Sicilian Clothing and Fashion, or visit San Gregorio (Capo d'Orlando), Capri Leone (2 km), Frazzanò (3 km) and Sant'Agata di Militello (20 km). The beach by the sea is only 10 km from the property.
Relax with a good book on the lovely terrace and prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. You can eat together outside at the table and there is a barbecue for creating the ultimate summer evening.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
