The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a balcony, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Villa "Elena", 350 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of Santa Venera, 7 km from the centre of Mascali, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea, east facing position. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road, mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
