The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with four showers and four hairdryers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

A stunning farmhouse in the beautiful setting of Cefalù, a countryside oasis in one of the most visited towns in Sicily.

A park where you can walk among splendid almond trees, a tennis court (at an additional cost), 5 bedrooms and many indoor and outdoor spaces, with the pool area certainly the most beautiful part of the house, overlooking the Gulf of Cefalù and a spectacular view enhanced by breathtaking sunsets and the wonderful portrait of 5 Aeolian Islands!

The farmhouse is on two levels: on the first there are 2 living areas, kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom (double or twin, depending on the needs of our guests) and a bathroom; on the second level, but with three different entrances, the other 4 bedrooms, of which 2 twin with private bathroom, a double with external bathroom, a suite on the roof with reading corner and view of the swimming pool.

Outside there is a dining area that belongs to the dining room and kitchen, fresh and shaded by beautiful almond trees, a pool area with chaise longue, various seating areas and a covered gazebo, and finally many corners where you can relax as the sun circles around the house during the day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
