The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. This villa is located in the territorial context of the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte", the largest in Europe, where you can admire the Greek temples dedicated to the Goddess Athena and the God Apollo.

The furnishings take a vague inspiration from Oriental style according to the taste of the owner, even if some details recall the Sicilian culture and traditions. The large kitchen, appointed with attention to the smallest detail, overlooks the dining area and the large windows allow guests to enjoy the beautiful and lush vegetation that surrounds the villa and the wonderful colors of the flowers and plants that grow in the oasis. It should also be remembered that the villa is dipped in a property of 14,000 square meters of land, cultivated with olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees. The bedrooms are four, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with tub on the first floor.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
