The townhouse's ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, complete with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stylish dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen at the rear of the house is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and kettle, making it easy to prepare meals. Upstairs, the shaded balcony provides a delightful outdoor living space, with a table and chairs where guests can unwind and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

The first-floor bedroom is decorated with a charming nautical theme and includes a double bed, wardrobe, mosquito net, and a glass door that opens onto the private balcony.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
