The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Villa "Bianca". Località Alcamo Marina 10 km from the centre of Alcamo, 10 km from the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced), garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach "Alcamo Marina" 600 m. Nearby attractions: Segesta Parco Archeologico 28 km, Erice 47 km, San Vito lo Capo 55 km, Trapani 57 km, Palermo 60 km, Marsala - Saline 67 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near Bianca in Alcamo you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
