The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a double sofa bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a trampoline and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two bidets, two hairdryers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This holiday complex with 120 accommodation units and an excellent restaurant is located directly on the crystal clear sea of the fine sandy beach of Campus near Villasimius, one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. There are no limits to the variety of sports and entertainment programs: from exciting scuba or diving to tennis or beach volleyball, as well as walks with your partner or the whole family at sunset on the incomparable pink granite coast of Villasimius. For children there is a play area with swings, slides and much more, as well as a mini club and a young club (from 12 years). The 2 pools, one for adults and one for children, round off the offer.
From May 10th to October 18th there is live music in the piano bar 6 days a week.
Close to the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia and famous towns such as Villasimius or Torre delle Stelle.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The service charge contains costs for water, electricity, gas, laundry set with a weekly change and final cleaning.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
