The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. The large kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering. Enjoy a wholesome meal in the living/dining room, while a solarium, veranda and fireplace will keep you cosy.

During the summer months, the courtesy is requested to use the air conditioners only when you are at home and not to leave them on when you are not at home. You can park and enter from Vicolo Umberto Nobile 12 - La Ciaccia, Valledoria (Sassari). For the garbage rules, refer the recycle calendar present on the fridge.

Alghero–Fertilia Airport is 70 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
