The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Private: property 3'400 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 17.Oct.). Motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Vignola mare 18 km. Please note: car recommended. There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Petra Rossa in Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
