The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a porch and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, three showers, two bidets and two toilets.

On the ground floor it consists of a large living area with table, chairs, sofas and kitchenette; going up the stairs there is a double bedroom with a wonderful sea view and a first bathroom; Going down the stairs from the living area you enter another sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom.
From the living area there is access to a large veranda furnished with table and chairs and a green space from which you can enjoy an amazing sea view as well as the Asinara Island. Reserved parking space.

Given its position, the house is ideal for those who deserve more total relaxation and do not want confusion, not far from the Pelosa beach which is about 2,000 meters away and from the coves of Cala Rosa which are about 800 meters away. The main services are about 1,000 meters away and in front of the entrance to the village there is also the bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to all the beaches, even the most distant, in the Stintino area

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
