Set amongst fragrant pine trees and just a 9-minute walk from the sea, this 1st-floor apartment offers the perfect base for a beach holiday with friends or family. Looking out over the lovely Gulf of Asinara, the apartment sleeps 6. It is part of a villa which has been divided into 4 apartments, and share a large garden.

The entrance to the apartment is via a wide outdoor staircase that leads up to a private balcony. The shaded balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs, for relaxed meals al fresco. As well as sun loungers where guests can sit and admire the sea view.

The interior is light and airy, with a traditional tiled floor in the living room. The living area has a sofa and armchair with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A door leads directly out onto the balcony for easy meal service.

The surrounding area is known for its wine production, visitors can explore local wineries and vineyards to taste regional wines and learn about the winemaking process. The property is a 15-minute drive from Vini TraMonti and a 7-minute drive from Cantina Nuraghe Crabioni. Beach lovers will enjoy the white sands and clear turquoise waters of Marina di Sorso (a 7-minute drive) and Platamona Beach (a 15-minute drive), both are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and water sports.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
