The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a terrace, an air conditioner, a tennis court and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Olbia, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near C7 in Loiri Porto San Paolo you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
