The villa is built on a hillside and split over 2 floors.  The villa is conveniently located just 100 meters from Baia Caddinas beach, renowned for its pristine white sands and clear waters. Situated in an exclusive residential tourist area, it offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the center of Golfo Aranci. Guests can enjoy all the amenities this charming resort has to offer, including the weekly market (on Mondays) in the town center, as well as supermarkets and excellent restaurants. A day trip to the island of Tavolara is highly recommended, where you can enjoy hiking, swimming, and a meal at the renowned Da Tonino restaurant, managed by the island's current king. Olbia Airport is only a 25-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
