The island of Tavolara is a popular day trip destination for hiking, swimming, and dining at the famous Da Tonino restaurant. Olbia airport is a 25-minute drive away, and the port of Golfo Aranci, for ferries to Livorno in Tuscany, is only 7 minutes away.

The contemporary architecture of the detached villa brings the sea into the house, with large glass doors opening onto shaded balconies. The spacious living area/dining room is furnished with two sofas, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The veranda offers a second seating area with panoramic sea views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine. There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and French windows opening onto a balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed and bay view, and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. The villa also features two spacious bathrooms with a shower, basin, bidet, and WC.

The private garden of the villa has direct access to Quinta Spiaggia beach and is full of lush local trees and plants. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with easy access to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
