-living room with kitchenette and sofa bed with access to a beautiful veranda furnished with table, chairs and sofa;
-double bedroom with ensuite bathroom;
-a second twin bedroom and second bathroom.
-for large groups, with access from the outside, a bright basement area is available with kitchenette, sofa bed and another bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
