In the district of Cala di Volpe 8 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 4 km from the centre of Abbiadori, 15 km from the centre of Baia Sardinia, on a slope, residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
