The holiday residence Il Giardino degli Oleandri is located in the heart of the exclusive Costa Smeralda, not far from the most beautiful beaches in the area. It is only 3 km from the center of Porto Cervo, a destination known for its exclusive boutiques and glamorous clubs.
The name of the residence is derived from the fragrant oleanders that surround the residence. It is located on a hill in the middle of the Mediterranean maquis and is a true oasis of peace and well-being.
The apartments with Wi-Fi and typical Costa Smeralda furnishings are on the ground or upper floors, some have a sea view or alternatively a garden view. It is only 750 m to the beach of Pitrizza, 350 m to the beach of Lisca di Vacca. There are two swimming pools at your disposal in the complex.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
