For large groups, three similar apartments are available in the same building. The nearest airport is Alghero-Fertilia (Aeroporto di Alghero-Fertilia). It is located about 10 km northwest of Alghero city centre, making it very convenient for travellers visiting the area.

This apartment is on the second floor of a new building with a lift. It has a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. It also has a small terrace with a table and chairs and a private parking space, which is very valuable due to the limited parking possibilities in the area, especially considering its proximity to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
