Inside, the property has been thoughtfully renovated, combining original brickwork and star-vaulted ceilings with stylish furnishings and modern fittings. The impressive double-height ceilings are utilized in the additional mezzanine bedrooms, a study, and a cozy TV snug above the main living area. The spacious living room features three large sofas, located next to a generous dining area. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with a professional 6-burner gas/electric hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom and is furnished with a double bed. This room leads to mezzanine with two singles beds and a study.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and enjoys a mezzanine furnished with two single beds.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Bathroom
Bathroom 1: The main bathroom is fitted with a whirlpool bath, a Turkish shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.
Bathrooms 2 - 4: The three remaining bathrooms are all fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

The house is located just on the outskirts of Trepuzzi, a mere 5-minute drive away, where guests can find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.

For history and culture enthusiasts, the Baroque city of Lecce, a 15-minute drive away, is a must-visit. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, visitors can explore the Mercato di Campagna Amica di Parco Tafuro to shop for fresh, local produce.

For beachgoers, Spiaggiabella is a 15-minute drive away, with the stunning, marine-protected Ionian coastline easily accessible. Popular coastal destinations include Porto Cesareo (a 40-minute drive), Torre Lapillo, and Sant'Isidoro (a 30-minute drive).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
