The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, an air conditioner and garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Situated in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood on the outskirts of the historic town of Galatina, the villa offers spacious accommodation for large gatherings of family and friends and is approximately 30 mins drive from either coast. The nearest international airport is Brindisi, approximately 45 mins drive away.

The air-conditioned villa features a bright, open-plan living area with two double sofa beds, a smart flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, cooker hob, and fridge.

Bedrooms 1 & 2: The first & second bedrooms are furnished a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: The third & fourth bedrooms are furnished with a twin joinable bed and a chest of draws.
Extra: There is also one double sofa bed in the living room.

Bathrooms 1 - 3: All three bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Ideally located in the heart of the Salento Peninsula, the villa is approximately a 30-minute drive from both coasts. Sunseekers can enjoy the sandy beaches of Santa Caterina al Bagno, Torre dell'Orso, and Porto Cesareo, while the historic port town of Gallipoli offers a fascinating day trip. Founded by Greek settlers, Gallipoli—meaning "Beautiful City"—boasts remarkable historical landmarks and is renowned for serving some of the finest seafood in Salento.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
