Situated in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood on the outskirts of the historic town of Galatina, the villa offers spacious accommodation for large gatherings of family and friends and is approximately 30 mins drive from either coast. The nearest international airport is Brindisi, approximately 45 mins drive away.

The villa enjoys a bright open plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a smart flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and a dining table. There is also a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with; a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob and a fridge.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of draws.

Ideally located in the heart of the Salento Peninsula, the villa is approximately a 30-minute drive from both coasts. Sunseekers can enjoy the sandy beaches of Santa Caterina al Bagno, Torre dell'Orso, and Porto Cesareo, while the historic port town of Gallipoli offers a fascinating day trip. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
