The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with three units, sharing beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Sannicandro di Bari, making it a perfect base for exploring this stunning part of Puglia. The bustling port city of Bari, the capital of Puglia, is only 20 minutes away. For coastal excursions, Polignano a Mare (35 minutes) offers fantastic snorkeling, and Monopoli (45 minutes) is renowned for its charming, winding whitewashed streets and ancient harbor. Bari airport is just 25 minutes away.

The apartment's spacious, light-filled rooms feature a stylish mix of antique and modern furnishings. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, an open fireplace and a charming antique piano. An arched doorway leads into the kitchen/dining area, which is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a dining table for six and a flat screen TV.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
