The apartment enjoys a prime location in the charming seaside resort of Torre Pali, just a 20-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of the Salento Peninsula. The nearest international airport, Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS), is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from the property.

Inside, the property is airconditioned and enjoys a bright, open plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a well-equipped kitchen fitted with; a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer. The apartment also enjoys a convenient storage room on the ground floor.

Apartment is perfectly situated in the charming seaside town of Torre Pali a 20-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca at the southernmost tip of the Salento Peninsula. The town is renowned for its expansive sandy beaches and clear turquoise waters, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and relaxing. Torre Pali beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and Porto di Salve just a 3-minute walk.

Other nearby beaches worth visiting include Spiaggia di Torre Vado is a 10-minute drive away where visitors will also find a small marina to rent a boat and Spiaggia di Pescoluse (Maldive del Salento) is just a 7-minute drive away.

There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk (the closest within a minutes' walk) and there is a grocery stores less than a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Popular excursions nearby include the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South" and the picturesque city of Otranto known for its beaches, charming old town, medieval castle and Byzantine-era cathedral both of which are a 55-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
