On the first floor of a new residence, with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, this apartment is located just 50m from the pristine beach of Pescoluse. The villa is a short walk from the center of the charming seaside town of Torre Vado, close to beautiful, wide sandy beaches. It is just 15 minutes from Santa Maria di Leuca, at the southern tip of the Salento peninsula.

The apartment sleeps 6 people and features a bright living room with a contemporary sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. Glass doors open out to a lovely loggia and spacious terrace furnished with a dining table, BBQ, and sun loungers. There are two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms.

The town of Torre Vado has several good restaurants serving fresh seafood and local wines. Santa Maria di Leuca offers beautiful beaches, caves, and vineyards to explore. The famous inlet of Il Ciolo is known for its clear waters, while the historic town of Gallipoli features ancient walls overlooking the harbor and fishing port.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
